Halloween may be a fun time of year, but it has some obvious downsides too. It seems like you have to attend way too many parties (well, maybe not with Covid roaming about) where people are constantly trying to one-up each other to get the most original or funny costume. The time when showing up as a zombie to a Halloween party meant you were unique as a person, is long behind us. And then we don’t even mention that as a couple, people expect you to wear matching costumes!
